I notice this was marked as "Solved." While I was able to automatically get into my mail today, no one from our company was able to get in touch with Aabaco. So I'm assuming this was forwarded to the correct department, which was able to resolve the issue because it was not a user error. Thanks.

I have been getting stuck in a sign in loop for Yahoo Mail for two business days now. When I put in my username or account ID & password, it just goes back to the log in page. This problem persists across Chrome (my primary browser), Firefox & IE. Each browser shows I'm signed into Yahoo on the home page - I just cannot access mail. This is a small business email account provided thru Yahoo - the 3rd party provider has us contact Yahoo directly for any YMail issues. We have other email addresses thru the 3rd party provider, and those other emails are working so it's definitely not a billing issue. This issue started Friday afternoon after I saw that I had an unread email but it wasn't showing up on the page as it does normally. I hit refresh, and was asked to sign in again; this was the beginning of this infinite loop. Troubleshooting Steps I've Taken: - Switch browsers (Chrome is my primary). - Requested an Account Key & put in new account key (I still have to log in again, so I still get stuck in the loop.) - Clicked "Not you?" on the sign-in page to reset the sign in cookie. - Clear all browser history including cache, cookies & stored passwords (Chrome & Firefox), close browser. - Restart computer. - Shut down computer then turn on after 15 seconds. - Use the "Yahoo Mail Quick Fix" tool (which sent me an email to my alternate 2 minutes later saying to try a different browser )
