Hello I am having trouble getting into my account id's **Username Protectedemail@example.com and **Username Protectedfirstname.lastname@example.org. both are setup with a mobile phone for password retrival but for some reason I am getting 'Uh oh' when requesting to send a text message to this mobile number on the account. Any help is really appreciated.
When was the last time you had signed into either account from a laptop or desktop to check your emails?
Couple of months ago successfully signed in to atleast the 1st email id which is setup to send a passcode to the mobile number also which is the same mobile number that it says it cannot send a text to now and comes back with 'Uh oh; message. Have been out of the country for a little bit with the mobile still back home so getting the passcode for sign-in was a pain so used it on a limited basis when away.
