Does this occur while using another web browser and has your current web browsers cache and cookies been cleared?

I use mozerella firefox browser. I trie internet explorer too, same thing there. I tried it on Android, same situation. I clear catches and cookies and cleared all history too. still same issue.

I tried Chrome, Firefox and internet explorers. Cleared catches and browser history. Still it is showing Temporary error 14.
