Unable to get account key setting

Good day, I accidentally log out my account from mobile app. and on my pc which is both connected by account key. I dont have any access to my yahoo mail account, stated there (tap on the account key push notification to sign in). How can i get that notification if my account was already logged out. I dont have my old  number save there and no other recovery account. What should I do pls. help me,tnx

If you can’t sign into an account and are unable to recover it online, we offer phone support through our Yahoo Account Pro service. If you're outside of the US, all of the available help options will be on our help pages through the “Contact Us” link on the left: help.yahoo.com.
