I have successfully changed my Facebook password and confirmed my identity. I then receive a message on screen which says; "congratulations you have confirmed your identity. Now go to your email address and follow the link there to reactivate your account".
I have done this three times now and I still can't find the email. I have checked every folder, changed my settings (where applicable) and still nothing.
It's highly frustrating. More so because I can't contact Facebook! Any advise from anyone whose been in the exact same situation would be greatly appreciated.

If you're not getting emails from a specific sender, it may be because they are sending to the wrong address or they are getting an error message when sending to you. If this is the case, you will need to have them reach out to our Postmaster department to try and get it fixed. You can also double-check your Mail settings and Spam folder to make sure everything looks good there.
