I cann't sign in with the message "Sorry, we do not recognize this email".

Hello Yahoo Member Support. I need a help for my yahoo account as **Username Protected**@yahoo.com, I use it to log in on Flickr and upload the important images. However, in the last few days I can not sign in to yahoo ID anymore with the message "Sorry, we do not recognize this email". I still remmeber my phone and email to recover, but they aren't active. Please guide me how to restore the account, on Flickr there are many pictures important to me. I sincerely thank you.

If you're seeing the message "This email address is not recognized" when trying to sign into your account that would mean Yahoo didn't find an active account matching what you entered. Make sure you are using one of the supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

You could have some autofill information stored in your browser that could be causing this issue.  Clear your browser's cookies, cache, and autofill information, close the browser, and then open it again before trying to sign in again.  Be sure that you set your browser to clear all this information as current browsers allow you to select a date range.

Make sure you are entering the email address correctly. If you're still seeing this message then your account has either been deactivated or deleted, most likely due to a violation of the Yahoo Terms of Service.

Did you do any of the following:

    •Sending a lot of emails in a short time.
    •Sending duplicate info in your email repeatedly.
    •Sending 1 or more emails to a large number of recipients.

I would try to create a new account with the same email address. If you get the message "This account already exists" then it's been deactivated, not deleted. It is unlikely you will be able to recover a deactivated account. The following two articles below can provide more information.

    Scroll down the page until you see a "Contact Us" button.
    Click on this to open a page that says "Need assistance with a Yahoo product? Let's see how we can help.".
    Under "Tell us your Yahoo email address and product." you select the product you want help with.  In this case it would be "Account".
    Enter your email address and check "I'm not a robot".  You may be sent to another CAPTCHA page for additional proof.
    Click the "Get started" button
    This opens the "CHOOSE SUPPORT OPTION" page.
    Under "Select from these options" you will find all the support options available to address this issue.

Thanks for your help, I tried creating a new account like yahoo ID, but I got the message that this email already exists. I've done as you instruct and are waiting for feedback from the yahoo team support. Thank you again.
