Please note that Yahoo no longer use security questions and answers as part of its account recovery process. This process is automated so you will only be able to recover your account if you can sucessfully go through Sign-in helper shown in the article above. If your account recovery information is out-of-date and you can no longer access the phone number or email address listed you will not be able to recover the account. Your only option at this point would be to create a new account. Use the following article to secure this account properly.
