Hello. When I use the messenger data retrieval I enter my existing email address, which is what my YIM was listed under. It sends me a confirmation of the request going through, but it is emailing me at my existing email address, showing the TO email (and the email they are basing the request off of) as a defunct email that I never actively used.
How do I solve this problem to get the data files for my correct email address that I am in fact submitting the request from in the first place?
The ability to recover this information was discontinued at the end of November of 2018. As the FAQ help page said "Through the end of November, 2018, you can download your chat history to you personal computer or device."
