Announcements

We’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue the Yahoo Communities effective Jan 24, 2019.

Be assured you will still be able to find answers to your Yahoo product and app questions on the Yahoo Help website (https://help.yahoo.com). In addition, you’ll be able to find the Yahoo Community moderators on Twitter, responding from our many handles including @YahooCare and @YahooFantasyCC.

If you ever need help with your Yahoo accounts, try Yahoo Account Pro for 24/7 live phone support.

I’m still getting ads.

I’m still getting ads.

It’s ad free mail. I paid a fee so I didn’t have to put up with ads. There is still a banner at the top of my email account advertising Verizon, United Health Care,
other things. I paid a fee for no ads, if this isn’t what I get I want the fee back.

Hello @LGR58

Who did you pay a fee to?  If you signed up for Pro, and and are not happy with it you can cancel it.

@LGR58

If you paid for Yahoo Mail Pro for Mobile (in-app purchase tied to a Google Play or Apple ID), it removes ads for all accounts in the mobile app, but does not remove ads from the web interface for any account.
