I run an active parent group and it stopped sending and receiving messages as of November 19th - this is an active community of 2k+ members and people are freaking out but no one can communicate. What can I do to resolve this???
Yahoo doesn't seem to care. No one responding and nothing getting fixed. I've tweeted to **Username Protected**@yahoocare several times ... no response. Getting really fed up.
I am the moderator/owner of a number of yahoo groups. One of them has stopped working since Nov 17th.
No recourse, no response from Yahoo.
