Hi there, Timestamps can appear differently depending on their location in Yahoo Mail.

  • Full header timestamps - set by Yahoo Mail servers in California (Pacific Standard Time - PST).
    - How to view full headers.
  • All other timestamps - set by the time zone setting on your computer or device.

It's not possible to modify the timestamp on any email messages. Thanks.

Please remember to accept the answer as "Accepted Solution" if it satisfies your inquiry. Kudos are highly encouraged too! Cheers! Smiley Happy

In the new interface of yahoo, the setting is difficult to fine.

On the right side of the inbox page, bleow your account name, the 9 dots and the home icon, there is a Settings link with a little gear after it.  Click that link.

A drop down box will show with Theme, Message Layout, etc.   Towards the bottom you will see 3 dots and More Settings.  Click that link.

The settings page now shows.  On the left menu, click the Viewing Mail link.

In the Closest city and timezone, set it to your area.

Go back to inbox and see if it is now correct.
