Damaged debit card

Hi all,

Apologies in case this question was dealt with before. I was unable to find a similar topic.

 

The card I have used to deposit funds to my DF account got damaged yesterday.

So, I have ordered a replacement connected to the same bank account.

I was told that the old card will get cancelled in 21 days.

 

Do I need to withdraw all my funds to the old card and then deposit with the new one or there is another way to deal with this.

Here's an article on the Daily Fantasy Wallet which may help. You can also work with our billing team here: Click 'contact us' at the bottom left, then 'contact a specialist' > purchases and payouts > refunds > you should then see an email or chat option depending on the time of day.
