We’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue the Yahoo Communities effective Jan 24, 2019.
Be assured you will still be able to find answers to your Yahoo product and app questions on the Yahoo Help website (https://help.yahoo.com). In addition, you’ll be able to find the Yahoo Community moderators on Twitter, responding from our many handles including @YahooCare and @YahooFantasyCC.
If you ever need help with your Yahoo accounts, try Yahoo Account Pro for 24/7 live phone support.
When I try to login to my Yahoo or Rocketmail account directly I come to the url above. I scroll down, and it doesn't matter whether I click on "I accept" or "I'll do it later" - I get a screen that says "Oops something went wrong. Start Over."
It happens over and over, and I'm currently locked out of both emails - which I use for professional purposes. What the **bleep** is going on?
I was able to sign in just now when I posted - it directed me to a sign-on screen that by-passed the new security thingie with Oath.
The thing is, I'm already a part of Oath through Huffington Post, so why would it not recognize that? It's under the same rocketmail email.
Can you define what you mean by "which I use for professional purposes"? Both the free Yahoo accounts and paid Yahoo Mail Pro accounts are for personal use only.

i have finally figured a way to log in to Yahoo mail and get by this rediculus OATH mess. #1 Go to Yahoo homepage #2 Do a Quick Scan on your computer( I have NORTON) this will Clear all the COOKIES on the computer BEFORE you try to login #3 Log in normally, should work. These 3 steps must be done in order to now log in with this OATH mess at least on my computer. What is essential is to clear cookies before EVERY login to yahoo mail, what a freaking hassle, thanx Yahoo
QUESTION - I DO NOT LIKE THE TERMS THAT OATH REQUIRES US TO AGREE TO.
MY QUESTION IS WHEN I TERMINATE / DELETE MY ACCOUNT WILL "OATH" DELETE ALL MY DATA?
WILL VERISON "OATH" STILL HAVE ACCESS TO IT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT AGREED TO THEIR TERMS?
SINCE THERE IS NOT A CONTACT TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION, I HAVE TO INQUIRE ON A FORUM. THEY CHANGE AN AGREEMENT AND THEN CONVIENTLY DO NOT HAVE A METHOD OF ANSWERING QUESTIONS.
If you read the updated Oath Privacy terms, this link can be found on the Yahoo home page, and scroll down to the very bottom you will find a Questions and Suggestions section that contains a link for a feedback form and an address for asking questions.
I cannot access my yahhoo mail. Keeps getting stuck at this: https://guce.yahoo.com/consent?brandType=nonEu&gcrumb=apeuVdo&done=https%3A%2F%2Fhelp.yahoo.com%2Fkb... Please help.
If you have a cell phone or a tablet try signing into your Yahoo using either the mobile Chrome browser or the mobile Firefox browser and see if you can get to the bottom of the new Oath Terms of Service page so you can click on the "I Agree" button. If you are able to do that then you should sign out of your account and then you can go back to your laptop or desktop and see if you can sign into your account.
