We’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue the Yahoo Communities effective Jan 24, 2019.
Be assured you will still be able to find answers to your Yahoo product and app questions on the Yahoo Help website (https://help.yahoo.com). In addition, you’ll be able to find the Yahoo Community moderators on Twitter, responding from our many handles including @YahooCare and @YahooFantasyCC.
If you ever need help with your Yahoo accounts, try Yahoo Account Pro for 24/7 live phone support.
Can i acces my **bleep** mail?!
I don't longer have the old phone to use the Key.
I cannot acces the recovery email because again need the key witch its on another email that i cannot acces from years..
How can i acces my **bleep** mail ?! i got alot of account validate on that email and i cannot acces them because you put too many security points... i just wanna acces my email to can change email on accounts that i have on it .
When was the last time you had signed into this account to check your email? Yahoo requires that you sign into your account at least once every 12 months in order for your account to remain active. Otherwise your account is deactivated due to inactivity. Once that happens it's unlikely you can recover this account.
If your account is still active and you currently live in the US then you are in luck as this article shows Yahoo recently started offering a Yahoo Account Pro service that offers phone support for a small fee.
FYI - If you are going to create an anchor account, one that you are going to tie all your other accounts to, I would suggest using a paid email account. They generally provide expanded support options.
I was active in the last 12 months , and im not living in the US .. can you tell me how i can acces it? i remember the answer at first question but i don't remember the answer for the second question...
Questions for recovery were removed in 2014.
Security questions are no longer used for verification. Delete them if they haven't been removed automatically. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/account/delete-havent-removed-automatically-sln4842.html
Reasons Yahoo deactivates or deletes an account
Depending on your account's history, it's possible for it to be removed from Yahoo and become inaccessible. You can always sign up for a new Yahoo account, just keep in mind that your old Yahoo ID will not be available for you to use. These actions can result in an account being deleted:
Confirm if your account is deleted - Use the Sign-in Helper. If your account doesn't exist anymore, you'll get a prompt indicating that it's been deactivated or that you can't reset your password online.
Still can't get signed in? If you're unable to use the Sign-in Helper to get into your account, because your recovery info is wrong or inaccessible, you won't be able to regain access to your account again. You're always welcome to sign up for a new account, but just make sure to keep your new account's recovery info up-to-date.
Since you don't live in the US then all your help options are defined here. Be sure to sign out of your Yahoo account before clicking on the link. You can click on the "Contact Us" button and provide the required information to see if you can contact a Yahoo specialist.
